Partyhat and halloween mask update

Hey, for those of you that don't already know earlier today I made partyhats give you 20strength bonus and halloween mask 9 bonus, so now partyhat's are good items aswell as rares, also I removed the rares shop from the donator zone, so now if you would like a partyhat you must donate for it or buy it off of a player (not an admin or an owner!) Moderators will be allowed to trade them though, but anybody who can spawn will not be able to trade items. Alex

oh right can't they? and yea i think we should put it in the staff shop..

nope, i made something where phats can be maded, donor points, get christmas cracker buy a coloured dye for 500m, use on cracker, phat there.
