just a tiny edit to the banner

i just made the banner pulsate a little bit like my signature, i thaught it would be nice, and calvinmabon suggested this to me, and sinse i am in the gfx team i have to be making gfx's very often, hold events and recruit new gfx artists. hope you like it, and i hope you will use this, if not it doesnt matter i made this out of boredum enjoy!

yeah ik, it was too fast, iit's like they had 100% (the one it is) and then 50%... which is too slow, y u no make 75%? lol
